Polyphynols for Dark Spots on the Skin

A heart surgeon, Dr. Grundy, he explained that polyphenols are the cure for dark spots on the face and hands. I have done this and it is working out just fine for me.  You can also use Turmeric and integrate a bit into your soap and even your cream. It also has polyphenols.
