Only Organic Peanut Butter is Healthy

Dr. Berg Talking About Organic Peanut Butter

The Importance of Organic Peanut Butter

Organic is Better for All Food Choices, especially Peanut Butter. It is always best to buy all foods organic but all foods aren't always available in organic so only buy the foods that are available in organic.

Dr. Berg Explains the Toxicity of Regular Peanut Butter
Dr Berg said that peanuts are not a nut but a legume, like beans.

Peanut Butter is available in organic form at Aldi, Walmart, Amazon, and other online sellers.

Dr. Berg on YouTube mentioned that peanuts are the most sprayed (with herbicides and pesticides) and are therefore full of toxins. Also, they are toxic because of the antifungal spray they are sprayed with.

Peanut butter is very popular so it is important to know to only choose the organic one. Not only is the peanut plant toxic but also the soil it is grown on because if the plant gets sprayed then the soil also will get sprayed and each year the soil is used again more toxins are added.

Another highly sprayed food item is soy sauce and it is also highly concentrated in toxins from spraying so only get organic soy sauce.

Also, what people don't know is that black tea is highly sprayed with toxins so avoid the nonorganic ones and get organic.

What people don't know is that the soil on which foods and drinks are grown is also toxic, not just the plant, and every year that toxicity is increased so be aware of this. In addition, avoid all peanut butter candies, baking chips, and chocolate with peanut butter candies that are not organic. You can make your own organic chocolate peanut butter candy at home.

Regular Peanut Butter Produces Allergic Reactions in People
Many people seem to be allergic to peanuts and the reason why is most likely the toxins in the peanuts that make them sick. If they try to buy organic it might help them not to be sensitive to peanuts.
