Polyphynols for Dark Spots on the Skin

A heart surgeon, Dr. Grundy, he explained that polyphenols are the cure for dark spots on the face and hands. He is selling an expensive ($40-50) lotion on Amazon.  Instead of buying this lotion, you can just integrate pomegranate, which he mentions is high in polyphenols, into your daily cream and add some lemon juice and you have the perfect less expensive cream for your face. I have done this and it is working out just fine for me.  You can also use Turmeric and integrate a bit into your soap and even your cream. It also has polyphenols.

A Humble Plant

Image
Prickly Lettuce: A Plant with So Many Health Benefits I know a humble plant that is very shy, it is the Prickly Lettuce. You can look up its health benefits on Google. This plant is not just humble but is also very shy. When it gets ready to bloom it has a cluster of unopened blooms on the very top of this very tall plant (6 to 7 feet). Once a tiny yellow flower opens it stays open only less than an hour and then retreats to make its seed. If you don't get up early to see its tiny yellow flower you will miss its blooming. Once it develops its bloom clusters it stops growing in height. Yes, plants have "personalities" which are in the DNA of each plant seed. Each plant has different characteristics and is behaving in a way to protect itself.
